DAY 7 - MADRID
Madrid

We’ll start exploring Madrid on an unforgettable sightseeing tour by coach through the heart of the city, where we’ll explore the city’s most iconic avenues, streets, and squares. Marvel at Madrid's stunning architecture and historic monuments as we tour through the 17th Century "Austrian" district. Here, the austere exteriors of historic palaces beautifully contrast with their opulent interiors.

Delight in the splendor of 18th Century neo-classical masterpieces like the Royal Palace, the Sabatini Gardens, and "Campo del Moro." Discover the grandeur of the Alcalá Gate, Paseo del Prado, and the famous Cibeles and Neptuno fountains.

Our tour also showcases Madrid’s modern and avant-garde flair in its newer districts. We’ll tour the orderly streets of the "Gran Via," built in the early 20th Century, and traverse the "Paseo de la Castellana," which runs from North to South. Admire the bold, avant-garde architecture, including the iconic twin towers known as the Gate to Europe, a symbol of contemporary Madrid.

The tour includes a visit to the magnificent Royal Palace, ensuring you experience the best of Madrid’s historical and modern splendor.

This evening, enjoy dinner at a local tapas bar.

  • Accommodation: 4* centrally located hotel in Madrid

Explore medieval walls, Romanesque churches, a former royal palace, and a stunning Gothic cathedral.

One of the city's most iconic landmarks is the ancient Roman aqueduct, featuring over 160 arches made from original mortarless granite. This impressive structure towers above Plaza Azoguejo, offering a breathtaking sight in the heart of Segovia.
